We are now accepting presentation proposals for the 2027 NNEAPPA Annual Conference, and we want to hear from you.
Today’s facility managers are balancing high expectations with increasingly fast-paced demands — from project completion to staff planning to creating safe, healthy environments. We’re looking for sessions that reflect those realities and help attendees stay informed, connected, and prepared.

How proposals are selected
The Professional Development Committee reviews every proposal and evaluates it on:
- Relevance to facilities management and conference themes
- Timeliness of topic
- Presenter qualifications
- Overall presentation quality
- Innovation and originality
What to include
- Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)
- Primary contact information (if different from the presenter)
- Clearly defined learning outcomes
- Continuing education credits
NNEAPPA is a registered AIA/CES provider. If your session may qualify for continuing education credits (AIA, LEED, etc.), please indicate that in your submission. Checkboxes on the form let you confirm whether your session is already approved or whether you’d like to work with the committee to obtain credits.
Whether you’ve presented a dozen times or are considering it for the first time, we’d love to see your proposal. Our best sessions come from members sharing what’s actually working on their campuses.
